Here at Grow and flo we offer duck flower capsules. This is a more easy and effective way to take the duck flower rather than chewing on the flower which is the main thing people can’t stand.

We have carefully Grinded up loose bits of the  flower and put them into capsules roughly 0.4 grams of the flower per capsules meaning 4 capsules = 1 duck flower.

When planning to consume I recommend fuelling very lightly fruits,juice,smoothies and soaked seeds 5 days prior and after.

During the experience to help the flower do what it needs to do ONLY drink water with salt/lime/lemon this is going to flush out our system by assisting the duck flowers nature .
