Grow and Flo was founded by Conor, a young entrepreneur with a lifelong passion for herbs, land, and creation.

From an early age, nature has been both teacher and inspiration. Studying plant knowledge and working closely with the earth, Conor built Grow and Flo as a mission-driven brand — to share natural resources in a way that is authentic, respectful, and empowering.
