Preparation

Add 1 tablespoons of herbs to 500ml water.

Optional: soak 12–18 hours for deeper mineral extraction.

Then boil for 15 minutes, lid on.

Reduce to a gentle steam/simmer for 20–25 minutes.

Allow to cool to warm and drink with intention with the powerful copper stirrer
